I was very bummed out when I saw this but I thought вЂњhey at least they have some good companies including Starbucks.вЂќ IвЂ™ve come to find out this month that Starbucks is no longer included in the Verizon up reward choices and at this point I am completely done with Verizon up. Over the last year the Verizon up rewards have gotten steadily worse and worse, first with the discontinuing of device dollars, gradually weakened super ticket options, and finally the gift card options going from five dollars to three dollar credits. The Verizon up rewards made me feel as though Verizon really cares about its customers. It felt like a nice reward after remaining loyal and paying the crazy high phone bills that we all have. The Verizon up rewards used to be really awesome and I was really looking forward to the beginning of the month because of the rewards that I could get. Thanks Verizon for giving us another quality option in the DFW area Not trying to bash AT&T but the facts are the facts. AT&T is cheaper but you get what you pay for and an extra $20-$30 a month is well worth having representatives from Verizon there to help you then AT&T is price gouging on everything there name is attached to and offer you no support. If we could just get a little better signal in the area I would be 110% positive this is the only phone service anyone would need and let AT&T move out. IвЂ™m south of DFW about 20 minutes and cell service isnвЂ™t as good as AT&T as of yet but hopefully that will change because most of the people I know are switching from AT&T just because the customer service alone. They are a little more expensive then most basic phone plans but IвЂ™d rather pay a little extra to have the wonderful customer service that I have experienced so far. IвЂ™ve only been with Verizon for one month and they have been on top of every question or concern I have with my new phone and my new service.
